Before submitting an abstract, you should register for the Joint Meeting. You cannot submit an abstract without pre-registration.

Instructions

• Use this site to submit your abstract for all presentations (posters, invited lectures and symposiums).
• Official presentation language is English. Posters should be prepared so that the content is fully understood only with English texts. (Use of Japanese is authorized only in some designated symposia dealing with specific subjects.)
• Date, time and the location of presentation will be informed later to the first authors.
• For oral presentations in invited lectures and symposia, data projectors (LCD projectors) will be provided. (OHP and slide projectors will not be available.)
• Further information including the poster size will be announced later on this website.

• Program requirements
  Online Abstract Submission is available at UMIN Online system. UMIN Online system has been optimized for current browsers. We recommend: Internet Explorer (ver.6.0 and later), Netscape, Safari (ver.2.0.3 (417.9.2) and later), Firefox and Google Chrome.
• Language

• Abstract length
  Abstract title and abstract body (author names, institutions, and text) combined should not exceed 1800 characters, including spaces.
• Password / Registration number
  Submission number will be issued and you will be asked to provide a password. You may re-enter the site to check, modify and delete the submitted data. You will need your submission number and password as login information.

  The overseas author who is a non-member of either Physiological Society of Japan or The Japanese Association of Anatomist(Poster Presentation): Please submit using provisional membership ID "999999".

  Note: We are very sorry that "LAST/SURNAME", "First Name", "Middle Name" cannot accept to be capitalized except for the first character. Moreover, non-alphabetical letter, even a hyphen, is not acceptable. Thus, in case of your name like Kimiko Date-Krumm or John McEnroe and having error message, please do use neither capitals except for the initial nor symbols, like Datekrumm or Mcenroe, and send e-mail with your abstract number and your correct name to Administration Office (kaibo-seiri2015@convention.co.jp). We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
• Check, Modification and Deletion
  To make changes and corrections, select the Modification button below to return to your already-registered data. After login, your registered data will be displayed, and you can modify the data. Please do not forget to click "Submit" button to complete the modification. You will receive an e-mail confirmation to the mail address you registered every time you modify the content. The deadline of modification is October 23, 2010 same as the abstract submission.
